Shelley Armourer Services has a Home office authority to provide all types of firearms to the film and television industry providing qualified armourers at northern rates.

Mark Shelley has worked in Theatre, Film and TV for over 29 years. He moved back to his hometown in 1999 and has built on the reputation of his late father Matt Shelley who founded this type of industry in the north in the early 70’s. Times have moved on and so has Mark’s experience of Health and safety in this industry.

SAS does not charge overnight fees north of Birmingham and south of Newcastle. We are BBC and most major Television company approved and have  access to the biggest selections of weapons in the country, including firearms, militaria, arms and armour through to artillery.

We also now have a large stock of Police equipment, including ballistic vests, hats, belt rigs and radios both practical and non- practical.
